Project Summary

This alterations and additions project involved the modification of an existing Mediterranean-style house in Fresnaye, on Cape Town’s Atlantic Seaboard. Careful consideration was given to preserving the original style and also incorporated contemporary design features, complementing each other, whilst enjoying the house’s setting and spectacular views over Bantry Bay.
