Seacliffe Apartments

Project Summary

Seacliffe Apartments is situated on Cape Town‘s Atlantic Seaboard, in Bantry Bay. It was a dilapidated apartment block that required modernisation to take advantage of its prime location on the bay. The addition of clip-on balconies reactivated the apartments’ outlook, creating a contemporary building that improved living areas whilst enhancing financial value for the owners
