This modular and compact house is located on one of the highest sites overlooking Fish Hoek. There is no road infrastructure, and it is only accessible via steps up from the main road.
Project Summary
The inaccessibility generated the construction method, where Concrete pads support a steel structure, which in turn supports the dry-walls and mono-pitch roof. The house has three compact bedrooms, and an open-plan living area that flows onto a covered deck. All living areas enjoy spectacular views of the ocean beyond.
