The house is a listed Victorian located in Newlands Village. The Ground floor is made up of 2 bedrooms and open plan living areas that flow onto a covered timber deck. Vertical circulation to the loft is via a sculptural spiral steel stair. The design successfully integrates a new modern layer over the existing Victorian framework to produce a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house for a young family.
