Above this are the living areas which flow onto a large covered veranda that takes advantage of the incredible sea views. The bedrooms are located on the third level, as a separate linear block higher on the hill. The living and bedroom spaces are linked via a mono-pitch roof angled the same as the slope of the site. This allows the building to sit with the landscape and not compete with it. The ventral white chimney provides a focal point anchoring the building within its landscape.
